About
About Fixture Formats
A small reference for readers in Nigeria and elsewhere who want to understand how competition formats decide progress.
Why an invented season
Real competitions change their rules over time and differ from one another. Following one made-up season lets every rule be shown with complete, checkable numbers, without claiming that any real competition works the same way.
What this site does not do
It gives no predictions, tips or betting advice and names no real club, competition or bookmaker. Where a real competition is concerned, its own regulations are the authority.
How the numbers are made
Every table, ranking, aggregate and bracket on these pages is calculated from the invented results by the script that builds the site, and the script checks that the bracket follows from the group stage.
